How we started making professional
kid's art books

My two daughters are my inspirations for starting “Petite Artwork.” 

Although my family and I enjoy the arts, we especially love our children’s works of art.  I have searched for ways of storing their art without much luck. At least nothing that I would keep up with.  So in the mean time, I've hung their artwork in their bedroom, the kitchen and even some in my livingroom.  One day my husband looked around  and said,
"Wendy, there has to be a better way." 

I wanted to display my girls' art work and what better way than a professionally organized color hardback book? I pulled all the art I wanted to keep and then had a mini photo shoot featuring the art.  This is how the first "Petite Artwork Book" was created.  Today my livingroom is filled with beautiful coffee table books of my children's masterpieces.  

In the end, my children’s artwork is what I consider to be a precious gift to be appreciated and valued forever.  Your children's artwork should be, too.

Petite Artwork provides the means to capture moments of the children’s innocence and imagination through their artwork.  Moments to be enjoyed by all and captured forever.

About the Art Treasurer, Wendy Bendoni… 

I have been a successful fashion director for over 18 years. 

My job is to travel globally for inspiration for fashion designers & merchandisers.   I track and research fashion trends and report on what is “new” to watch for the up and coming seasons.   I specialize in color photography and visual merchandising.  

 I received my undergraduate degree in Fashion and a minor in Computer Science.  I  continued my schooling at UCLA in journalism and graduated with a Masters in Fine Art.
